The washed Yirgacheffe is one of the best highland-grown coffees. It has fine soft acidity, heavy body, and flavour. Many people are attracted to its delicate, floral, and tea-like characteristics. This coffee cups beautifully  as a filter coffee, while complex , it produces a very clean cup of excellence  with distinct tea-like ,floral and fruity tones  complimented with  some delightful citric lemon undertones. As our  Kawa Yirgacheffe espresso has its unique flavour profile but we have roasted the Filter coffee differently to ensure similar  full flavours are experienced . A personal Favourite.A cup to savour  which compliments Breakfast Lunch and Dinner-have it any time of the day.

This Coffee Presents a uniform cup quality, refined citric acidity , creamy body and a pronounced Caramel taste. Here you have the combination of full aroma, ripe tropical citrus top notes and a lingering finish that saturates the palate moments after consumption. This has been described as the champagne of coffees.
